Evaluation form - Live events

Evaluation is necessary to make the event eligible for accreditation approval by ACOE (see: guidelines for the evaluation of a CME activity).

Organisers can either use the ACOE Standard Participant’s Evaluation form or an alternative form.

If the organiser prefers to use its own evaluation form, the latter must at least include questions 1 to 5 of the ACOE standard participant’s evaluation form:

1) Did the meeting provide the goals and learning outcomes referred to in the application form?

2) Please give an overall rating for the quality of the education offered at this meeting

3) Was the information useful and relevant to your work and practice techniques ?

4) How would you rate the facilities and venue for the purposes of this meeting?

5) Did you feel the scientific lectures were free of promotional material?
