Evaluation is necessary to make the activity eligible for accreditation approval by ACOE (see: guidelines for the evaluation of a CME activity).
Providers can either use the ACOE Standard Participant’s Evaluation Form or an alternative form. If providers prefer to use their own evaluation form, the latter must at least nclude questions 1 to 4 of the ACOE standard participant’s evaluation form.
