Administration fees - Live events

The Common Accreditation system for CME in Oncology in Europe is operated on a non-profit making basis and is subsidised by ECCO - the European CanCer Organisation.

A small operational fee is charged to all applicants to the system.

For live events, fees are calculated on the basis of the following calculation:

Fee = 100 Euros + (0.25% x average registration fee x no. of participants)

Where no registration fee is charged to participants, a flat fee of 100 EUR is adopted.

Applications from member societies of ECCO receive a 50% discount.

Additional administration fees, calculated prorata the expected number of participants, are charged by both the UEMS (European Union of Medical Specialists) and the National Accreditation Authorities (NAA), of the country where the event takes place, to applicants whose event has been accredited by ACOE and submitted to the UEMS clearing house system (EACCME) for European endorsement.

Sliding scale fees applied by both the UEMS and the National Accreditation Authorities
